Judo Classes
KIDS
Judo (for Ages 5–15) is a non-striking martial art, making it an ideal choice for kids' self-defence. It builds agility, teaches safe falling, and develops grappling skills, while also helping children understand boundaries and what’s considered safe in a contest. Kids learn to use an opponent’s strength to their advantage through technique and control.
